On the 40th Anniversary of the Clean Water Act, Governor Martin O' Malley renewed our pledge to make the waterways of Maryland swimmable and fishable - the Bay and all our rivers and streams.
Now past the 50th anniversary, we must renew our commitment
and bring this historic act into the 21st Century to meet the challenges ahead.
We can all help. Clean Water is our right and our responsibility.
